I loved this book and I highly recommend it to you!
I think the message in it is do the things that make you feel good but do them, repeat affirmations, meditate, do yoga, create a routine that makes you feel good, use the social media if it’s how you feel you want to be known and express, but do it. Sometimes we tend do say what we would like to do, or know that we need to meditate every day or say affirmations but we don’t always do that, and in this book I find the inspiration and motivation to do them every day. Because this is how they are going to work.
